Thoughtful Spaces.
Meaningful Play.
Welcome to
The Intentional Play Space.
Hi, I’m Lindsay! As a mom and Early Childhood Educator with 20 years of experience, I know how carefully planned spaces are vital for a child’s independence, creativity, and play.
I Specialize in Transforming
Playrooms
A playroom only works if your child can actually use it. I design playrooms where kids can see their choices, reach what they love, and put it back when they're done, so the space stays inviting instead of turning into a pile of bins nobody opens.
Kid’s Bedrooms
Bedrooms should be a space your child can manage on their own. I create systems for clothes, books, and toys that kids can reach, choose from, and return to their spot, making mornings smoother and cleanup something they can actually be part of.
Family Play Spaces
Shared spaces have to work for every age and every kind of play happening in the family. I design flexible, functional spaces that bring everyone together, and that stay easy to maintain long after I'm gone.
Less screen time starts with creating spaces that make play easier.
An organized playroom isn't about having fewer toys or making everything look perfect. It's about creating intentional spaces where children can easily see, access, and engage with the things they love.
When play materials have a purpose and a place, children have more opportunities to choose building, creating, pretending, reading, and exploring—instead of automatically reaching for a screen.
